Fix Oracle Inventory

HP UX 11.31 Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.4

I need to remove an entry in the inventory.xml. Below is the inventory and I need to remove <HOME NAME="agent13c1"

The inventory is owned by grid, but the agent13c1 home was added by oracle. So can I detach the agent home without issue from

$ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/runInstaller -silent -detachHome -invPtrLoc xxxx ORACLE_HOME="agent13c1"
