Configured Sales order are getting struck in Deferred status.

Hello Gurus,

For past few weeks we could notice configured orders ( ATO ) are getting struck in Deferred status. Sales order status is booked and line status is awaiting fulfillment. This is not happening for other item types order and occurs for only one sites configured order. Please find the screenshots fyi. Can you please let me know the cause of the system behavior and how to fix it?
