Oracle Mobile Maintenance APP for EBS - Can function to create and complete work orders be restricted for Technicians in the Mobile APP?

Client has the Create and Complete Work Order function excluded for the responsibility assigned to Technicians in EAM Self Service/Maintenance Workbench pages in EBS and require the same to be applied for Mobile APP.
