What the latest Siebel CRM 20.9 update means for your Siebel CRM application

The existing Siebel Mobile Web Client (aka Siebel Remote) will transition from Oracle Database Express Edition (XE) as the local database to Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 with the latest Siebel update 20.9 onwards. There will be no impact on the functionality of Siebel Remote from your end user’s perspective.
