Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. A single user is unable to add text attachment in Media Objects

User is unable to add text attachment in Media Object when performing a Works Order.

I have tried the following Steps to resolve the issue:

Enabled Automatic Prompting for ActiveX Control, and disabled ActiveX filtering on user's machine Internet Explorer
Added the JDEWebRTFEditU control line in Temporary files under Tool---->Internet Explorer Options---->Settings [temporary files].

Please assist on how to resolve this issue.
