Oracle EBS 12.2.8

In the Project setup for Contract Type Project in the Revenue and Billing Information window in Oracle Project Billing. (N) Projects > (B) Find > (B) Open > (O) Billing Information > (O) Billing Setup , the Consolidated Bill Group field is disabled , though it's being setup

Please assists if any setups missing
