Blanket Purchase Agreement - Lines Item Attributes Custom List of Values

Hello,

I would like to know how to attach a list of values to an item attribute under Blanket Purchase Agreement lines?

E.g. I have added a custom field or attribute under Blanket Purchase Agreement lines, but do not know how to attach a list of values similar to that of Hazard as shown in the enclosed screenshot.

Appreciate any insight or help.
