EM user needs to view Performance Hub. Created EM_PERFORMANCE_HUB_ROLE with View Database Performance Home Page, View Database Performance Privilege Group, View Database SQL Performance Analyzer. Selected all DB. Granted user role. Created a monitoring user in the DB. Setup named credential and granted access to named credential. set user default instance credentials to monitoring user. User still cannot access Performance Hub
