PO planned in advance to the supplier shut down period

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are working with Oracle R12.1.3 and we have a case where the Procurement Team would like to plan some orders t China in advance to their new year. Which mean, all the order with due date which fall in the 3 weeks off during the Chinese new year, need to be scheduled in advance.

Any one had similar case ?
