Data Model Not Returning Expected Values

When we run the data model script in TOAD expected data is returned. When running the data model within BIP, only parameters show in data results. Any clue(s) on issue? We have had performance issues (which was resolved by the BIP explain plan vs. TOAD) in the past but never no data. Thanks, Rick.
