Oracle Academy and VirtualBox Extension Pack

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

As a member of the Oracle Academy, am I allowed to install and use the extension pack for VMs used by our students on university-owned equipment? I know the PEUL allows personal and education use, but I believe it excludes this use (student academic use via institution-supplied computers). I'm not clear if being a member of the Oracle Academy, which allows use of VirtualBox, includes the extension pack. It would be a great benefit to us if it did.
