12.1.3 - Enabling AutoPay Functionality
Hi Expert,
We are in 12.1.3 and would like to enable the Autopay functionality for the claim settlement. So far, the claim creation has been a manual process. I have some clarification and request your suggestions.
1) Is it mandatory to enable this option at all 3 levels such system parameters/customer trade profile/offer level? Or enabling at offer level only will work?
2) If suppose, I have enabled 'Autopay' at customer trade profile level, and I have 3 offers for this customer and out of these 3, Autopay enabled for 2 offers. So, If I run autopay program with run mode as 'Offers with Autopay', will this work for those 2 offers for which the autopay is enabled at offer level?
