Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Forms approval design help

Hello Everyone,

I am working on the following requirement.

Employee generates a request through Forms.

The proposed approval route is:

The request goes to immediate Manager (Approver # 01)
After the approval from the (Approver # 01), the form should route to HR personnel for approval ((Approver # 02)
After the Approval from (Approver # 02) the form should route to the Final Approver.

We are using approval ByPosMgmt definition for our normal approval process.

I would like guidance on how I can achieve the above mentioned approval routing. (if it is possible)
