Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. how to perform a DBMS_ROLLING (or a standby) upgrade on ODA

We have 2 ODAs with physical and standby DBs at 12.1

ODA at 19.8

We can use the ODA documented process for upgrading (and registering) the database

However, how do we do it on the standby

Can we use DBMS_ROLLING?

Or has someone done a standby upgrade on the ODA using some other process?
