Invalid Depot Error in P4617 even when transportation is not enabled

Hello All

We are currently implementing warehousing module for one of our clients in JDE 9.2. We have not activated transportation. But when we try to process pick confirmation suggestions using P4617 ZJDE0002 we are getting a "Invalid Depot" error.

With an identical configuration in JDE 9.0 we are not getting this error.
