401k employer match functionality

Using 401k delivered functionality, will PeopleSoft calculate the full employer match on the payroll in which an employee maxs out their contribution. For example, an employee only had $100 deducted from his 9/15/20 payroll for his 401k contribution, since he hit the $26,000 max. I was hoping that the system would still give him his $650 (full) match, but it is only showing $100 for the employer match. Am I missing something in the setup or is it not part of the delivered functionality?
