Is there a way to link one User to multiple Supplier ID

We have a need to link one Supplier User to 2 different Supplier IDs. This is if the Vendor change their Supplier ID to a new Supplier ID due to some reason like TIN change or merger. We want the same user to be able to access both old and new supplier ID and their transactions.
