Proposed upgrade path from Siebel Marketing 16.0.0.18 to the latest Siebel Version

Hello to all,

Our client is considering an upgrade of the current Siebel Marketing infrastructure to the latest version.

The client has a DEV, a QA and a Production environment.

The existing production infrastructure consists of:

Two (2) Siebel Web Servers running on Windows 2012R2 (VMs) serving Marketing employees and EAI

Two (2) Siebel Application Servers running on Windows 2016 (VMs) serving Marketing Lifecycle, EAI and REST (through Tomcats)

Siebel Gateway Server on Windows 2016 (VM)

Siebel Database is located on SQL Server 2014 RDBMS

Oracle BIEE 11.1.1.9.0 with BIApps 7.9.6.4 for Marketing consisting of Oracle DAC 11.1.9.0 and Informatica 9.6.1

OBIEE Database is located on SQL Server 2014 RDBMS. This db keeps all of the above systems repositories, analytics database and an external financial datamart that is associated to analytics and used for segmentation and reporting.
