XML data not fetched correctly in Template Builder for Word?

Hello everyone,

I am generating an XML file from Oracle Reports Builder 11g. Installed BI Publisher and running on MS Word 2016. I fetch data by clicking 'Sample XML' button, it shows data loaded correctly. But when click 'All Fields' button in Insert region it starts creating too many columns in a weird way (and does not show my actual columns). I am not able to understand what and why it's happening. I have attached a snapshot to show what is showing in Word.

Please Help!
