Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Even after following Unable To Create Stock Locators By Using INV_LOC_WMS_PUB.CREATE_LOCATOR (Doc ID 1600311.1).

Still not able to Create Locator from above API.

any suggesstion which i'm missing .
