Appraisal Competency and Objective Score Calculation
Dear Gurus,
Could you please advise on the below calculation with respect to the employee appraisal calculation. Are DB functions can use it for the sum purpose of objectives rating and competency ratings?
Rating scale for the competency(Performance comp scale) rating are from 1…5, its same for objectives and competency.
Appraisal starts from the manager and its standard appraisal. Manager will rate the employee competency and objectives and share this with the next reviewer and not back to the employee. Once the reviewer approved/rejected the cycle will get closed.
Group 1, Group2…..GroupN groups are defined for the each of the objectives and & set of competencies.
