Server with OL 8.2 UEKR6 hangs when scp or rsync migration Oracle DB from one server to another

New 2 servesr is HPE Proliant DL380 Gen10 with Smart Array P816i-a and 14 SSD 3,2TB in raid 6

OS Oracle Linux 8.2

Kernel latest

5.4.17-2011.7.4.el8uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Fri Oct 2 14:39:04 PDT 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

and also is latest HPE SPP

P26941_001_gen10spp-2020.03.2-SPP2020032.2020_0831.6.iso

Instal is minimal with oracle-database-preinstall-19c

When I did tests with UEKR6 it hung both SCP and RSYNC, I repeatedly copied only 2 iso files V996904-01.iso and V996906-01.iso (Oracle Linux media). It even hangs when I put the rm -rf * command in the directory where there were 4 such iso.
