Ran the Program PRC: Generate Draft Revenue programs

Draft Revenue Generation Eligibility Report shows Rejection,The project does not have a baseline revenue Budget.

Though I have created draft Revenue budget and it's Baselined and the Draft Budget is in the working status, I have created the Agreement for the same customer and the funding amount is same as Budget amount

Please advise if any setups missing?
