Folder disappeared

Hi, we are on Oracle Global HCM Cloud, using OTBI and I accidentally lost a Shared Folder. Is there a 'recycle bin' to recover this from? I have searched individually and globally for the folder but it seems to have disappeared. I did a restore to an older version from another environment (that someone with migration capability did for me) and it seems like I couldn't see that at first either (but next day I was able to see it).

Has this happened to anyone before and if so, how did you fix it, if you were able to?
