Reconfigure OEM CC 13.2 and upgrade to 13.4

Hello,

I have inherited a seemingly misconfigured Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.2 on RHEL 7 running 12.2 Oracle Repository Database. Even with several SRs with MOS, I wasn't able to do a simple agent push, Golden Image creation, or emcli. All several attempts to get all the above to work failed even with the help of MOS. I have ran out of all suggestions on MOS documents and also from different knowledgeable MOS technicians and it seems like a road block at the moment.

I have two questions:

  1. Would there be any objections or any considerations to deinstalling the whole OMS and reconfiguring it?
