Oracle doesn't release sessions then memory increase continuely.

Hello,

I have used DB version 12.1(64bit) on AIX 7.1 (64bit).

I was assigned to new system, but unable to access to primary db currently (maybe next weeks :) ). I can access to standby db server.

The current dba asked about the memory issue related to inactive sessions. He said oracle server didn't release inactive sessions then incoming session make memory increase and database server hang. We monitor OS level by topas command. When inactive sessions weren't released by oracle and new sessions access to db, then value of "% Comp" increase --> DB hang.

The first thing I do is checking profiles that users granted from DBA_USERS
