LOV's not visible after AGIS Analyzer Latest Version Installation_2208479.1

Hi Team,

We have installed latest version for AGIS Analyzer as per the oracle SR recommendations and now we're not able to see any LOV's for mandatory parameters while submitting AGIS Analyzer/new request from super user responsibility.

Please suggest.
