Cleanup / Expand /u01 file system - ODA X7-2HA with 19.8

Hi

We have a X7-2HA ODA configured with 19.8 ODA 

We had configured the system using 19.8 ISO Image

We noticed that the /u01 file system is getting full and we are looking as to how to safely remove files that wont impact the system 

df -h|grep u01

/dev/mapper/VolGroupSys-LogVolU01   99G  79G  16G 84% /u01

First thing we noticed was that under /u01, there are these files that we added to the repository for deploying the ODA

-rwxr-xr-x 1 grid oinstall 9288980051 Jul 19 13:03 oda-sm-19.8.0.0.0-200718-server1of2.zip

-rwxr-xr-x 1 grid oinstall 7001592606 Jul 19 13:05 oda-sm-19.8.0.0.0-200718-server2of2.zip

-rwxr-xr-x 1 grid oinstall 4504593330 Jul 27 22:15 odacli-dcs-19.8.0.0.0-200713-DB-19.8.0.0.zip
