Errors extracting the DDL sqlfile from DP export dumpfile for application schema. (11.2.0.4)

Need to migrate the data from 11.2.0.4 DB to 12.2.0.1 DB (Non-CDB).

I am trying to generate the sqlfile with the DDL statements from the application owner schema (11.2.0.4):

I am encountering the errors shown below: please advise...
