Can't move between axis

Hi folks.

One of customer's users are reporting they are not able to move the hierarchies between axis, when they try it just nothing happens, the hierarchies just dont move

They are using the following configuration:

RPAS 15.0.3.50

Microsoft Windows 10 Professional

Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 / Mozilla Firefox 80.0.1

JRE 1.8
