EBS 12.2 - Patched for HRMS/WLS/FMW and GL import concurrent request lost Output file

We patched for HRMS, Weblogic Server, and Framework on Saturday, and now our custom GL import scripts are finding import files and working properly, except the Output log file is not being attached to the concurrent request. The Log file is attached and viewable.

It looks like the file is created in $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT (fs_ne folder), but the request doesn't get it attached so I have to go to the back-end sever to find the .out file. It has the proper request ID#.

Does anyone know how it determines what the Output file is to attach? Or is anyone aware of recent Weblogic Server or Framework patch bugs that would affect this?
