How to get promotion's product list for a specific member.

I'm wondering if there is some way to get a list of products that are in a promotions for a specifc member.

Well, this will be used in the following way:

We have siebel loyalty with many promotions as follows:

• Some are by some members only (10% discount on all the product catalog)
• Others are for tiers (30% discount for golden members on alll electronics products)
• And also some are for specific products (50% discount for premium member)
• many other promotions can repeat on different tiers, product, etc.

So when the member wants to Redemp a product, he logs into the web application and browse or search for the available products, and we like to show him all the products in promotions and, of course also show he best value for him so he can redeption it. For example if the product has 10%, 30% and 50% discount due to the rules, then the web application must shows him only 50% discount for this product. And in the same way we want to show to him the same for all the products in the calalog, I means with
