PT 8.58 - Supplier Fluid Portal - Bidder / Supplier registeration aborts after "Add Contact" page

Hello,

Does anyone aware of any known bug with Supplier Fluid portal Bidder / Supplier Registration pages? When you click Reister Bidder (Under user registration tile) - It takes through the train stop and we need to add "Add Contact" and that opens up a secondary page to (below is the details). After entering all the information and click ok, the main Register Bidder page disappears as well. It seems some with with Endmodel(1), etc., ? Not sure. This issue occuring demo environment with PT 8.58 and Image 35 FSCM 9.2. So wondering if any fix need to be applied
