ORAchk "Health Checks Collector Manager" metadata is not up to date in version 20.2.3_20201012

The latest version of AHF includes ORAchk version 20.2.3_20201012. Within that there is a copy of Apex5_CollectionManager_App.sql with updates as of February 2, 2020.

However the generated Oracle Health Checks Collection Manager APEX application is out-of-date with respect to Platform, Versions, and Candidate Systems.

For example, the Database versions only lists up to 18.0.0.0.0. No mention of higher releases of 18c yet alone 19c or 20c. This is also evident from the queries on APEX page 1038. For example:
