Align Crew Capacity on Scheduler Workbench with Actual Resource Absent (on leaves, public holiday)

Is there any functionality to get actual Crew Capacity on Schedule Workbench based on Actual Resource Absent (on leaves, public holiday)? Is there any document to set Calendar for this resource? Is it integrate with HRMS?

Step by Step

[Navigator] Enterprise Asset Management -> Work Order Planning --> Scheduler Workbench

Menu View --> Resource --> Select Resource

Form shows Required, Available, Overload Resources.

If there are employees absent (on leaves, public holiday), Crew Capacity - Available should decrease.
