Send notifications to customers in service contracts

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I have a requirement to send notification to customers when a contract is created from (order source='istore').

When a new warranty is created with order source = “Istore Account”, identify unique customer names and their corresponding customer contact emails, and generate a set of emails

Can any one please let me know how I can achieve this.

Can I use service contracts events for this?

If yes can someone tell me how to do that.
