EBS Upgrade Project

Dear All,

We started upgrading our EBS and Database, our plan is to keep upgrading to reach latest releases, maybe it is late, but we started anyway.

Our plan is attached (Upgrading DB then EBS then DB then EBS, etc.); we read related documents with many posts, but as mentioned, we started late, we need to save time, and there are small margin of errors.

We summarized our plan in attached table; this table lists steps with concerns for each step, as you know, it is better to be advised from experts who already did that, who will share their experience with others, and will give you the bottom line.
