In exception when trying to insert into po_lines

Good day!

I would like to ask if there is another way to solve this issue?

"In exception when trying to insert into po_lines" then follow with

 "APP-PO-14142: AUTOCREATE_DOCUMENTS-006: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion."

I found Doc ID 452226.1 but would try other options since we have a large data and would not like to just purge it.
