Not Getting Correct Operating Unit while mapping System option / Purchase Option / Payable Option

We are already working in EBS 12.2.5 with two ledger set and HR Business Group . Now we are planning to add new Business Group and Ledger for upcoming plant.

we have completed the Ledger and Business Group mapping + created the Operating unit under new business group and assign to Ledger.

created the new responsibility and while mapping the option like System option/ Purchase option etc. we are not getting the correct OU name in selection but getting only old one business group data.

I tried to set the Security profile but does not work, Based on diffferent option, some time gives error as There is no operating unit link with this security profile and some time based on different argument, it shows all old business group Operating unit.
