can i hide the sub inventory (for internal requisition) where sub inventory qty on hand = 0

i have a request to hide sub inventory where qty on hand = 0

example

Item A

Sub Inventory ABC = 30

Sub Inventory BCD = 0

Sub Inventory CDE = 0

at the minute the customer will see all 3 values. i know i can sort via a personalisation, but wandering if i can write a small line to say Display where Qty on Hand 0

i am on EBS 12.1.3
