Upgrade EBS 12.1.3 Solaris to 12.2.9 Oracle Linux 7

Dear Experts,

We are planning to upgrade EBS from 12.1.3 running onto Solaris for both DB and APP to 12.2.9 runing onto Oracle Linus 7.

Database has to migrate from 11.2.0.3 to 12c at the same time.


Do we have to build an migration path with 12.2 on solaris before to migrate to linux or will it exists a migration path to go directly to 12.2.9 on linux ?

I found notes on OS change, on Upgrade but no notes for Upgrade accros platforms...
