Modify the Pending Approval tiles to show expense report header status

Hello,

We have a requirement to show the expense report header status in the approval tile summary page without approver have to open the expense report to view the status and details.

How this can be achieved?

I read about Page Composer option that can be used to modify the approval tiles. Is this advisable?

How the Page Compser changes will be migrated from one environment to environment?

What are the concerns in terms of maintanence if we had to make this modification to approval tiles for expense approval process?
