TL_TIMEADMIN running to No Success

We have had three cases this past week where Time Admin runs to No Success with some variation of the Error message below:

 The error is related to an Employee / Rcd that was terminated and rehired into a different Pay Group. The fix is to reset the ECD to the rehire date and restart the TL_TIMEADMIN process that ran to No Success. I don’t recall having this issue in the past and we have seen it three times in the past week. Has anyone else seen this, is it a known bug or?

 File: e:\pt857p10b_1909250501-retail\peopletools\src\psappeng\aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1725 Error Position: 0 Return: 805 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.PS_TL_TA_TRLIST7' with unique index 'PS_TL_TA_TRLIST7'. The duplicate key value is (2796306, 1479370, 3).
