Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Compatibility of backup file generated by SBC(backup-config) and back file on SDM (via GUI)

May I inquire regarding the back up files generated by the two platform mentioned?

Session Delivery Manager and SBC? Can we use the backup file on SDM to use for SBC backup config?

We are using NNC820 for SDM and SCZ830m1p2 for SBC.
