Siebel IP17 - Unable to connect SMC - The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect.

Hi Team,

  1. I have installed both IP2017 SES & AI as new installation on RHEL 6.10
  2. Installed Siebel Database on Oracle 12c (12.1.0.2.0)
  3. Activated license in DB.
  4. I am able to access both Tomcat & SMC url.

Issue - When I enter credentials (entered during install) in smc page, it throws incorrect credentials error.

I have re-installed & verified it. - Same behaviour


I have attached AI logs. Kindly check & let me know how to resolve this.
