Where to download patch?

I received an alert about the "Oracle Critical Patch Update for October 2020"

I tried to find the download on Oracle support, but it seems to go in circles without ever providing me the download link or even the patch name. Is there a srtaightforward way to get teh patch for Oracle 12c 12.2.0.1 for win 64?
