sorting of data in parent Child hierarchy

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have requirement like sorting of data in parent Child hierarchy. I am using a parent child Hierarchy dragging the hierarchy dimension into the reports. I have tried several methods which are stated below nut in vain.
