Purpose of RFR's Clear_Start_Ind

Hi!

I would like to know the rationale behind clear_start_ind's column of RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL.

I'm asking this because I've observed the following:

1) Create Clr for Item A/Loc 1 on N+1 (15%);

2) Create Clr for Item A/Loc 1 on N+7 (30%);

3) Create Clr Reset for Item A/Loc 1 on N+30 (clear_start_ind = 3 in RFR for the reset date);

4) Create Clr Reset for Item A/Loc 1 on N+4 (20%) => Clearance Reset date from 3) is cleaned up and RFR gets clear_start_ind = 2 on the date of the cleared reset (N+30).

Thanks in advance!
