question about Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) results and my checks

I am running RHEL and running the RDA tool to check some things related to an SR and I am not sure how to resolve a couple of findings.

RDA says: Rule A00303: RPM RH7/64 OK? Result: FAILED Value: [openmotif21(32-bit)] not installed

Unmatched Actions

[openmotif21(i686)] not installed =~ RH7/64rpmsOK

Default Action

Result: FAILED

Value: [openmotif21(i686)] not installed

Yet if I check it is there, so is it a specific version thing?

openmotif21-2.1.30.11.el7 (i686)

The other issue is nslookup:

Rule A00420: DNS Lookup

This rule checks that the host is registered correctly in the Domain Name Server (DNS).
