Promoting Database Target and Cluster ASM errors

Hi

After recently installing OEM 13c agent on one of our 19c stand alone database nodes (it is an ODA X7 2S) we were trying to promote the Database Instance and got the following screen


We were able to test the “Database” connectivity using dbsnmp but under “Cluster ASM” when we tried to test the connection we got this error


Here the HOST is tpcoralab02-vip.domain.com and is pointing to 10.202.120.243 and we can ping it

ping tpcoralab02-vip.domain.com
